I've spent the night watching Red Dwarf and setting up a test CFEngine installation to remotely manage a number of identical hosts.

Honestly I'm not sure which I enjoyed doing the most …

CFEngine rocks:

• Setting up common files from a central source (/etc/hosts, etc.)
• Adding user accounts.
• Setting up per-server files (/etc/apache2/*, etc.)
